Should I show up with clean or dirty hair?

Clean hair is preferred and takes color the best, but I don't mind if it has been a day or two. If there is too much build up on the hair and scalp area then the product has to work harder to break through, which could lead to an uneven or splotchy finish. If the hair/scalp is too dirty, the client may not get their desired results.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

​

No, I don't have a cancellation policy, but I do require a deposit of 25% of your chosen service to be paid at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. If selected as a client, you will receive a confirmation text that will temporarily place your appointment on hold. In this text, there will be a link to pay the 25% deposit of the service of choice. Once the deposit is paid, your appointment will be finalized! If not paid within 48 hours prior to appointment, with no communication, the appointment will unfortunately be cancelled.

What forms of payment do you take?

I accept cash payments and all major brands such as Visa, Amex, Discover, Mastercard, and Apple Pay.

Why are the prices for your chemical services all "starting at" prices?

​

Each chemical service that is provided comes with one bowl of color included within the price. This price will increase in $20 increments per additional bowl of color (if needed).
